Examples of previous goals

I have difficulties setting boundaries. Because of this, I often end up making decisions that I regret. How can I communicate what I want without it making me feel guilty?  

I easily let others influence my opinions. I want to feel more self-assured.

I have experienced something in my childhood that, to this day, holds me back. I would like to process this and leave it behind to break free from my past.

I'd like to stand in life with my feet firmly on the ground, but I don't know where to start. Who am I? And what suits me? What qualities do I have and what dreams do I want to make come true? What hobbies suit me as a person?

I don't have a good relationship with my children. Now everything is getting out of control, and I don't know how to guide it in a good direction.

I have a lot on my plate, I don't know where to start. I would love to have more peace and organisation in my life.

I'm not happy in my work life. I want to improve my circumstances or get help with finding a new job. 

I'm sensitive to other people's emotions (anger, sadness), which impacts my functioning. I would love to learn to live with this or learn how to shut out other people's emotions. 

I would like to be more confident. If I knew what my qualities and talents are, and saw this for myself, I would be able to achieve so much more. 

Why do I always want to please others? How do I change this?
